Dave Orszula - Owner

Dave has over 25+ years of experience in working with academic sports facilities in roles including: facilities management, research and development of new products, development of effective facilities service programs, and organizational design. Dave is regionally recognized as THE expert in sports floors and other hard floors; he is often contacted to provide solutions to the area's most significant flooring challenges. Dave's wealth of hands-on expertise is appreciated by facility directors, administrators, custodians, and faculty.
Lance Lutke - Operations Manager

Lance is responsible for the preparation and application of coatings for over 4 million square feet of sports flooring every year. Lance consistently brings out the best in the service crew, resulting in accurate, timely, quality work. Lance is very interested in new product offerings and the betterment of FCC's proprietary product lines and often participates in "test coating" sessions. Lance holds a B.S. in Sales and Marketing from Western Michigan University.
Brad Orszula - Special Assignments and Graphic Design
Brad joined our company in 2008. He started as a member of our refinishing crew and has since worked as a crew leader, painter, and lead painter. He is also trained in sanding, installation of wood, and synthetics. He also enjoys graphic design and plays a key roll in designing gym floor layouts. Brad has studied at Grand Rapids Community College and Michigan State University. He has taken courses in Business, Economics, and Graphic Design.
Cody Orszula - Sales and Assistant Logistics Coordinator

Cody has grown up in this business. He has worked as a refinishing crew leader. Cody has been professionally coating floors for the past 10 years. He joined our Sales Team in 2010. Cody now has a key roll in the summer with coordinating and training all of our refinishing team. Cody has studied Marketing and Sales at Davenport University.
Caleb Mason - Sales

Caleb joined our company in 2012. He has a background in management and sales along with 15+ years of coaching and athletic training at the high school level and above. He graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration and Sports Med.
Dennis Patrick - Lead Installer
Dennis joined our company in 2012 as our lead installer. He brings to the company many years of gym floor installation experience. He is also a Licensed Builder and CDL Truck Driver.
Cliff Weller - Sales and Installations

Cliff has been working for us for years and recently came on full time as one of our lead painters and he manages our synthetics department. He is also passionate about the company’s social image and handles updates to the Website and social media. Cliff’s background is in painting and he enjoys putting some of the cool custom touches on our projects. Cliff attended Lansing Community Collage and has taken courses in automotive painting, repairing, design, and airbrushing.
Ben Hoekwater - Sales

Ben joined the team in 2016 and has since filled the rolls of refinishing crew leader, head coater, as well as synthetics assistant. After five years of experience in the day to day operations, he joined our sales team at the start of 2021. Ben graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management.
